Project drop-down menu

From the project drop down, select the project to which you want to upload the documents.

Upload button

Opens the Bulk upload for <project name> window, which is used to select and upload the files to the project.

Gear icon > Edit project

Opens the Edit project window, which allows you to change the code, number, description, and whether the project is scheduled and ready to be exported.

Download Selected

The Download selected button allows you to do one of the following to the document(s):

• Download selected - allows you to open or save the selected file(s)
• Check out - allows you to download the selected file(s)
• Check in - checks in and uploads the selected file(s)
• Unlock - unlocks the selected checked-out file(s)
• Delete - deletes the selected document(s)
• Import - imports the selected document(s)
• Set properties > Set list type - allows you select the type of list to upload (options same as List type below)

Show historic revisions

Displays all the previous revisions to the document.

Select all items on all pages

Only available when the check box at the top of the leftmost column is selected. Selects all documents that are listed.

Search field

Use the search field to find a specific document.

Check box for multiple selection

The check box at the left end of the row allows you to choose multiple documents for selection. Turn on the check box at the top of the left column to select all documents.

Page icon (Status)

Shows the status of the document, for example, draft.

Name

The name of the uploaded file.

List type

From the drop-down menu, select the list type to associate with the uploaded file. Choices are:

• Areas
• Deliverables
• Electrical
• Equipment
• Equipment Tracking
• Instrument
• Line
• Material
• Mechanical
• Personnel
• Schedules
• Turnover Systems
• Unspecified
• Valve

Mapping

Maps the data from the upload file into a standard data format used by ConstructSim Planner. For example, maps data from LineList.xlsx to LineList.xml.

Import status

Shows if the file upload was successfully completed.

Revision

Revision number on the file.

Hold

Select Yes or No from the drop-down menu to put a hold on the file.

Date uploaded

Date the bulk files were uploaded.

Uploaded by

Name of the person who performed the bulk upload.

Plus (+) icon

Select to expand the row and view detailed information about the uploaded file. You can also find any related files here.
